Hours: Monday - Friday, school hours
Location: Rochdale
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Rochdale, working in Key Stage 2 to support a child with ADHD.
This is a full-time role where you will play a vital part in creating a safe, structured and engaging environment for the pupil. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting children with ADHD and be confident in using positive behaviour management strategies.
The school are looking for someone resilient, patient and proactive - someone who can build strong, trusting relationships while helping the child to focus, regulate emotions and reach their potential both socially and academically. Prior experience of working with challenging behaviour is essential, and Team Teach training is highly desirable.
