We are looking for a dynamic and motivated physiotherapist with excellent communication skills and an innovative and flexible approach. You must be a team player with a broad range of student experience.

This role has 6-month rotations across a range of specialities including: Critical Care, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Oncology and Haematology, General Medicine, Musculoskeletal Outpatients. Rehabilitation and Neurology.

The rotations are across several sites including University College Hospital, UCH at Westmoreland Street, The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, St Pancras Rehab Unit (CNWL). On all rotations staff will either participate in 7-day services or weekend and on-call rotas.

We have a strong commitment to staff development and service improvement providing regular supervision and in-service training. Please only apply if you have a degree result and have your HCPC registration or it is pending.

• To provide high quality physiotherapy including assessment, treatment and advice to patients with various needs in a variety of settings.
• To work collaboratively with the MDT to deliver patient centred care.
• To participate in the Band 5 Rotational Scheme, this involves six monthly rotations in the following areas;
o Respiratory including Critical care, UCLH@Westmoreland Street, Acute Medicine and Surgery
o Neurology including Hyper acute Stroke Unit (HASU), Acute Brain Injury Unit (ABIU), Neurosurgery, neuro-medicine and neuro-rehabilitation (at NHNN)
o Musculoskeletal including Outpatients, Orthopaedics, Acute orthopaedic outpatients
o Rehabilitation and Medicine including Oncology, Haematology, Elderly Care, Infectious Diseases, Exercise Post (A rotation providing physical and therapeutic exercise within a Paediatric, Adolescent and Adult Cancer Services) and Intermediate Care (St Pancras Rehab Unit)
• To participate in weekend working, on-calls and 7-day services as appropriate for the rotation.
