Are you ready to bring your customer experience skills to the heart of student life on campus?

If yes, join our vibrant Venues Team at SUSU! As a Venue Supervisor, you’ll guide a dynamic crew on shift at our popular outlets – The Stag’s, The Bridge, and Below Deck - ensuring they deliver top-notch service in a fun environment and that every student leaves with a smile. You'll also be key to helping keep operations running smoothly, be it a regular day at the venue, a student-led event, or one of our once-a-year balls or parties (such as Freshers Party and Grad Ball).

We’ll back you with all the training and support you need to succeed. No Personal License? No problem! We'll support you through the process to make sure you’re up to speed with licensing laws. Plus, you’ll liaise with security, event organisers, and even hold the keys to our fantastic venues when needed. If you don’t have a level 3 food hygiene qualification yet, we’ve got that covered too!

About You
