We are looking for an organised and proactive Accommodation & Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of West Point House and support our wider property portfolio. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring they enjoy a comfortable stay, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the property. From coordinating maintenance and supervising cleaning staff, to managing bookings and resolving issues promptly, you’ll take pride in keeping everything running to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest enquiries, check-ins, and overall guest experience
Handle bookings and availability via Booking.com and direct channels
Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair work
Lead and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring rooms and communal areas meet high standards
Monitor supplies and liaise with contractors and suppliers as needed
Maintain accurate records and update systems as required
Work closely with company directors to report on occupancy, operations, and improvements
About You:
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable using booking platforms and basic IT systems
Experience in hospitality, property management, or facilities coordination is an advantage
What We Offer:
Competitive salary (based on experience)
Full-time, permanent role in a growing property business
Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your skills
A varied role with real responsibility and autonomy
