Patient Co-ordinator Administrator Vacancy
Up to Full Time - 37 hours a week
Hours: Full/part-time up to 37 hours per week. The Practice operates from 8.00 am until 6.30 pm. The hours of work may incorporate a mixture of 8.00 am starts and 6.30 pm finishes.
Flexibility for holiday cover/sickness is essential.
Holiday: 20 days annual leave (pro rata) rising per completed year to a maximum of 25 days
Pension: You will be eligible to join the NHS GP Pension Scheme
Rate of pay: Up to a maximum of £12.51 per hour.
Due to the continued growth of the practice, there is an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Services team; here at Windrush Medical Practice, Witney.
We are looking for someone who is able to remain cool under pressure and to multitask on a daily basis. This role includes dealing with incoming telephone enquiries in the call room as well as working on the reception desk.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role; has a can-do attitude and is used to working with the general public. You will also be given some responsibility with specific administration work and will be expected to provide admin support to the wider team. There is a twelve-month probation period.
Absolute discretion is required in protecting patient confidentiality. The post-holder will be required to work flexibly and to offer extra hours to cover absences of other members of the team.
