Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering fun and engaging lessons
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost confidence and progress
• Help create a warm, safe, and inspiring classroom environment
• Encourage children with gentle guidance, storytelling, and creative activities

To succeed as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you should have:

• A graduate with a 2:1 or higher in Education, Psychology, English, or a related subject from a top-30 University
• Strong academic background throughout GCSE’s and A-Levels
