Morson Talent is currently recruiting for SC Cleared Painters, with Train The Painter Bronze, silver or Gold to support ongoing projects at Faslane.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all legal and procedural regulations.
• Perform surface preparations and apply coatings by brush or roller.
• Interpret and follow paint manufacturer’s technical and safety data sheets.
• Support and guide team members on application techniques and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of surface preparation and coating.
• Maintain clean working areas and ensure all equipment is properly protected.
• Use access equipment such as scaffolding and mobile platforms.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: experience on nuclear or construction sites.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing work demands.
• Positive team contributor with a collaborative approach.
