Summary
We are looking for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a school team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a classroom setting. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
Support the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Help prepare resources and create an engaging learning environment.
Provide additional support to students with special educational needs if required.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable).
A patient, supportive, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills as a Teaching Assistant.
A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) desirable but not essential.
