Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus

Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established residential and dementia care home, providing high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

The Role of Registered Home Manager:

As the Registered Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care. Key duties include:

• Leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated care team.


• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and driving continuous improvement.


• Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.


• Managing budgets, occupancy, and resources to ensure financial sustainability.


• Overseeing care standards, hospitality, and the overall environment of the home.


• Working collaboratively with wider teams to deliver excellent outcomes for residents.


About You

We're looking for a dynamic leader who is:

• Experienced as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting (minimum 3 years).


• Skilled in dementia care with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.


• Strong in leadership, able to inspire, support, and guide staff.


• Knowledgeable in safeguarding, compliance, and CQC standards.


• Commercially aware with experience in budget management and occupancy growth.


• Passionate, resilient, and confident with excellent communication skills.
