About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Organisational Development Business Partner to join our HR team at a time of exciting transformation.
Working closely with the Head of HR and Group Director of HR and People Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the colleague experience across the Group. You’ll lead on embedding a culture of belonging, empowerment, and professional growth, aligning OD initiatives with our strategic goals and People Strategy.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll:
• Lead talent management and succession planning
• Design and deliver learning and development solutions
• Champion innovation, equity, and wellbeing
• Influence senior leaders and drive cultural transformation
• Manage strategic HR projects that enhance the colleague experience

Schedule
This role is a full-time position based at Redcar & Cleveland College, with travel between Group sites. With opportunities for home working and flexible working arrangements.
