About the Role
We are recruiting a Support Worker to join a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. This is a part-time role focused on providing high-quality, person-centred support to help residents achieve greater independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support with personal care and daily living activities
• Encourage independence and promote choice in decision-making
• Maintain accurate records and handover notes
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive living environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent care
Requirements
• Previous experience in a support or care role desirable but not essential
• Compassionate, reliable, and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
