Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our supported accommodation service in Kent and Medway. This vital role supports individuals with mental health challenges on their journey to independence and recovery.
You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive team, working in a Recovery House environment designed to provide short- to medium-term support for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support service users with day-to-day living skills and recovery goals
• Promote independence and well-being
• Develop and implement personalised recovery plans
• Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, social workers, and families
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support in crisis situations where appropriate
Requirements:
• A genuine interest in mental health and supporting others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
• Experience in a similar role or setting is desirable but not essential
Contract Details:
• Rate: £15.70 per hour
