You will work within the Regulatory Approvals Team as part of the Enforcement Directorate, providing an efficient administrative support service while role modelling the required culture of engagement and inclusion.
You will develop your potential and guide your activities to ensure delivery of high quality, efficient and effective services that meet customer’s needs and delivers of Business Plan targets and standards; always looking for value for money and consistency of service.
You will participate in and implement change when required to ensure concerns from customers and stakeholders are dealt with at the appropriate level to DVSA expectations.
You need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be working closely with External customers, Enforcement colleagues as well as the wider DVSA colleagues and other government agencies.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- MOT Enforcement support.
- Process replacement certificate requests.
- Administration of applications for MOT for new and existing sites.
- Administration of an MOT site closure.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure fair and consistent vehicle and driver enforcement activities.
