Crynodeb
Youll work as a vital member of the theatre team, supporting safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key responsibilities include: Scrubbing and assisting for surgical procedures across various specialties Promoting safe and efficient use of equipment, consumables, and staffing Maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, and clinical documentation Supporting communication and teamwork across departments Contributing to staff training and mentoring junior colleagues Assisting with stock control and theatre readiness Supporting the Trusts Clinical Governance, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management objectives Shifts cover a 24/7 rota, including long days (07:3019:30), nights (19:0007:30), weekends, and bank holidays. There may also be occasional opportunities to support our hospitals in Wexham and Heatherwood across the Trust.
