This is an opportunity to put your NVQ level 3 or the equivalent appropriate qualification/experience to great use. With strongcommunication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey. In this role, you will need to be able to travel across the patch in a timely manner so a UK driving license is needed and access to a car. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel. As a Healthcare Assistant in the Community based in Dartford North Kent, youll be part of our valued team providing nursing care to patients in their own homes.
