Oxford Services Coordinator Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Oxfordshire Solutions4Health is seeking a motivated and organised Services Coordinator to support the delivery of our Stop Smoking and health improvement services across Oxfordshire. In this role, you’ll: Coordinate activities, clinics, and community events to ensure high-quality service delivery Build strong relationships with local partners, including GPs, pharmacies, and community organisations Support staff recruitment, training, and development across the service Monitor performance, collect data, and help ensure targets are met Ensure services are accessible to all, including diverse and hard-to-reach communities We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who enjoys working collaboratively and making a difference to local communities. Experience in health services, community coordination, or partnership working would be an advantage.
