We are looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Assistance Coordinator for our client based in Croydon (offering hybrid working)
Salary: £14.84 per hour
Start Date: ASAP – until 31st October 2025
Hours: This position is based on a 35-hour week and will include working weekends and bank holidays, covering shifts between 7am and 10pm

Your Impactful Role:
As a Medical Assistance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during challenging times. Your empathetic and engaging approach will make a difference in the lives of those seeking medical assistance. Harnessing your organisational skills with a compassionate touch, you'll ensure customers receive attentive care throughout their journey. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, your outstanding communication abilities will shine, allowing you to maintain composure effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer assistance calls with professionalism and empathy.
Liaise with clinics, GPs, customers, or their relatives.
Provide proactive solutions to customers in need.
Monitor tasks to ensure services are provided promptly, keeping customers informed.
Apply product and technical knowledge effectively.
Handle regulated complaints within FCA complaint guidelines.
Skills Required:
Good level of education (Maths & English A-C GCSE or equivalent).
Genuine desire to provide high-level customer service.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Stay calm under pressure and show empathy.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
