Rotating shifts (mornings and afternoons)
Pay Rate: £12.86 - £19.29 per hour

About the Role:
Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Assist maintenance teams and perform routine equipment checks.
Follow production schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Work collaboratively while also being able to work independently.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is welcomed but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings and afternoons).
Own transport is required due to location.
Shift Patterns & Pay:
Morning Shift: Mon-Thu (06:1515:00) | Fri (06:1514:45) £12.86 per hour
Afternoon Shift: Mon-Thu (14:4500:30) £15.43 per hour
Overtime (after 38 hours): £19.29 per hour
Paid all breaks (morning shift) / Two paid breaks (afternoon shift)
