Job Title: Groundworks/Civils Supervisor
Location: Minety
Salary: £280.00 - £290.00 per day – dependent on experience (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: Ongoing
Harper’s are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks/Civils Supervisor to start immediately on a long-term project in Minety. Th ideal candidate will have a solid background in groundworks and civils, along with a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
Duties:
- Supervising groundworks and civil engineering activities
- Managing teams and ensuring work is carried out safely and to spec
- Liaising with site managers and contractors
Requirements:
- A valid SSSTS or SMSTS card
- Proven experience in groundworks and civil engineering supervision
- Own PPE
- Reliable, punctual and able to lead teams independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
