This role will be based University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Do you have experience of providing high level, proactive administrative support to colleagues in a busy office environment? Do you possess strong IT skills and a Customer Service mindset?
We are looking for a flexible, proactive and forward-thinking team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude, to work within our Finance Business Support Team.
Within this role, you will work as part of a small team providing an effective and efficient Business Support service. Working with the Business Support Officer you will co-ordinate an effective administrative support service. You will also provide complex diary management for multiple diaries within the Finance Leadership Team and maintain effective recording systems within the Finance Service. Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills and the ability to adapt priorities to meet deadlines and constantly changing demands are essential, as are accuracy and attention to detail and a friendly customer service approach.
