About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to residents, helping them to live comfortably and with dignity. Every day will bring variety, from assisting with personal care to creating a safe, homely environment.

Main Duties
• Supporting residents with personal care including washing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assisting at mealtimes with food, drink, and hydration.
• Helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and at home.
• Using moving & handling equipment safely.
• Carrying out light cleaning duties as required.
• Working alongside colleagues as part of a supportive team.
