• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care.
• Promoting independence and encouraging client participation in activities.
• Building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients.
• Providing support for individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Helping to create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment.
