If so, Gladstone Primary Academy would love to hear from you!
Your role:
As Administrator/Receptionist at Gladstone Primary Academy, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, helping to create a warm, professional atmosphere. You’ll manage enquiries, support safeguarding procedures, and handle a range of administrative tasks that keep the school running smoothly—from maintaining records and pupil data to assisting with uniform sales and trip logistics.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong IT and communication skills, confidence in managing multiple priorities, and experience in a busy office environment. School experience is a bonus, but it’s your proactive approach and commitment to high standards that will set you apart.
If you’re passionate about customer service, enjoy working with children and families, and love keeping things organised behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
