We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Operations Technician to provide exceptional customer service and support within the Group's IT Helpdesk and support service. Duties:
- Track and monitor all incoming support requests.
- Provide operational support across the college's diverse IT infrastructures including desktops, mobile devices and print systems.
- Maintain accurate support data for all requests.
- Maintain up-to-date portfolio of hardware, software and services.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Engineers to support delivery of resolutions promptly and effectively.
Skills/Experience:
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Able to deliver excellent administrative, documentation and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to working, embracing new technologies, systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in job related discipline.
- CompTIA A+, Network +, MCIPT qualifications or equivalent in relevant technologies or relevant experience.
