As a Cleaning/Home help Assistant you will you will complete general household tasks within private homes such as sanitising surfaces, polishing, vacuuming, changing linen, light meal prep, outings and much more. Your role will vary from job to job as our services are tailor made to each service users requirements. For more information on the role of a cleaning/home help please click here.
Like our home carer roles we are focused more on finding the right person rather than pushing minimum hours - this means that we work with our staff to build a schedule that works for them and their family. Getting a perfect work/life balance or offering hours around existing employment. We do try as quickly as possible to build a regular schedule with the availability you give to allow you to build a real rapport with the service user and really understand their needs and requirements. Most cleaning/home help services are delivered between Monday and Friday and whilst our usual contract is 16 hours we are happy to discussed each individual applicant. This is a permanent contract so you would be required to work during school holidays.
