Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Lead Pharmacist who will support the Chief Pharmacy Information Officer on the implementation and operational delivery of digital pharmacy systems, including Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA), across the Trust.
The postholder should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects within a healthcare environment. The post holder will assist in implementing and maintaining digital pharmacy systems while supporting staff training, governance, and system optimisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring patient safety, service efficiency, and compliance with Trust policies.
