Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player? Would you like to work flexibly across the administrative ,clinical teams and outreach teams. An existing opportunity has arisen within the team based at the Archway Centre for a Customer Care Officer/ Health Care Support worker . We are looking for committed individuals who want to make an impact, and possess the drive and enthusiasm to help us to achieve and maintain excellent customer service. The successful candidate will need to flexible and able to react quickly to changes as they occur, and have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will need to be able to communicate and work effectively with young people in person, on the phone and in outreach settings.
