Crynodeb
As an Adult ADHD Nurse within Somerset Adult ADHD Service, you will: Assess the needs of service users referred to the service, carrying out detailed risk assessments and developing personalised care plans. Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners, including GPs, Children's Services, the Trust's Psychological Well-being Service, and commissioners where appropriate. Deliver health education and promote awareness of ADHD and related mental health issues. Ensure compliance with NICE guidance, relevant legislation, and Trust policies, including safeguarding responsibilities. Participate in regular clinical and management supervision, maintaining your own professional development through CPD and training opportunities. Support service reviews, policy development, and research/audit activity to inform best practice. Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity, in line with the Trust's values and equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
