Crynodeb
To provide a skilled Painting provision for the Estates Department to all client departments and Business Units. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload, where required, and work unsupervised. Must demonstrate total commitment, versatility and flexibility whilst undertaking all tasks and delegated work as instructed by Estates Officers & Supervisors. To carry out planned and unplanned maintenance duties on Trust and NHFM premises as directed by the operations and project officers, supervisor and chargehand. To maintain properly and effectively, to a high standard, all building structures, fabric and finishes and internal/external furnishings within Trust and NHFM properties and associated buildings, as directed. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which(a) engages, enables and empowers other(b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and(c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.
