Sales Administrator
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £25,000 DOE + uncapped bonus with an OTE of £35,000
Hours: Monday-Friday: 0900am-1700pm with 1 Saturday a month.

As a Sales Administrator in the Payouts Team, you'll be a crucial part of the final stage of the customer journey, ensuring every deal is processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Sales Team, you'll carry out verification checks, liaise with lenders, and ensure each customer's finance package is handled with care and precision.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, attention to detail, and process-driven work and who enjoys being a key support pillar in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
Responsibilities and duties of the Sales Administrator:
• Carefully reviewing deals submitted by the Sales team
• Conducting verification checks on documentation and customer information
• Submitting finalised deals to lending partners
• Understanding and applying each lender's underwriting requirements
• Ensuring applications are complete and accurate before submission
• Performing ID and compliance verification checks
• Maintaining and updating records in the internal CRM system
• Managing a high-volume workflow with precision and attention to detail
• Meeting and striving to exceed weekly KPI targets
