We’re looking for a Commercial Insight Analyst to join our Business Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who loves turning data into actionable strategies to grow our pipeline and win new business.
Job Description
As a Commercial Insight Analyst, you’ll generate insights, support pipeline development, and help Sales and Marketing teams engage effectively with prospects.
Using tools like Power BI, you’ll interpret data and provide recommendations that drive performance.
Enjoy variety, stakeholder engagement, and clear progression opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks affecting the sales pipeline.
Produce clear briefings and recommendations for Sales teams to inform pursuit strategies and client engagement.
Monitor and track pipeline activity, using Power BI and other tools to create dashboards and visualisations for key metrics.
Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the pipeline and recommend actions to improve conversion and win rates.
Support the development and maintenance of win plans and engagement strategies for strategic accounts and high-value tenders.
Coordinate engagement activities, track progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with customer priorities.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop messaging, campaigns, and materials that reflect market insights and showcase capabilities.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Skilled in Power BI
Competent in Microsoft Excel
Experienced in analytical thinking, data analysis, and trend analysis
