Crynodeb
For this role you will be provided with a company van if you do not have your own transport.
• £750 per week
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift Pattern: 8.00 am - 4:00pm (Variable and flexible upon job completion)
Contract type:
• Permanent
• Self employed
Role
• Plastering within tenanted houses for social housing project.
• A lot of damp work is included so experience would be preferable but not essential as we can teach this on the job.
• Role will include boarding/skimming.
• Fitting new skirting boards and windowsills where required.
• Removing radiators where needed.
• Cleaning of the work areas after the job is completed is mandatory.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment adhering to health & safety measures daily.

• Must have own tools
Driving license is required. Access to own transport is advantageous but not essential.
