Working and co-managing the Kitchen at The Hart, ensuring the kitchen is run smoothly for both pub guests and party buffets.
Requirements
Have confidence in working both a kitchen team and working alone
Manage food ordering, food preparation and stock control
Maintain health and hygiene regulations
Work within a selection of menus and have the opportunity to serve your own dishes
Part Time & full time position available
Have Christmas day off
Shifts will Vary & include weekends
Food will vary from Breakfasts, Lunch & Dinner
