Crynodeb
The main role of this post will be to answer the helpline calls using an algorithm. This will enable you to signpost/divert calls to the correct team for expert advice. You will also be involved in the assessment process of patients as they arrive on the ward. This will include, Vital signs, ECG's, Venepuncture and cannulation.
