Crynodeb
Contribute to the delivery of formal and informal teaching at all levels of the multi-disciplinary team. In conjunction with the Nurse consultant identify and respond to educational issues in the ward areas. To utilise and share research findings and audit recommendations in the delivery of practice which is evidence based and current best practice. Support and motivate staff in the provision of care, imparting knowledge and skills whilst working with nurses caring for patients in general ward areas. Develop inter-professional collaboration, and work in partnership with ward-based staff across the Trust. Attend meetings and act as a representative of outreach throughout the Trust. Participate in the development, implementation and review of standards, policies, procedures and clinical guidelines related to outreach issues across the Trust.
