Job description Clinical Pharmacist Hammersmith Surgeryis seeking a full-timeclinical pharmacistto join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have: A Masters degree in pharmacy or a related field. A minimum of two (2) years of clinical pharmacy experience. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of pharmacy. A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in the field of pharmacotherapy. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and HIV-related medications. Experience with the use and management of medications, including but not limited to: anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medications, anti-inflammatory medications, blood thinners, anticoagulants, and other hematologic and oncologic medications.
