Our History: Mead Care was founded by Dr David Mead in 1997. We provide a number of Care Homes to include Specialist Dementia Services, Residential and Nursing.
What you’ll be doing as our maintenance person
As maintenance person at Mead Care, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance on the building and the grounds to ensure that the Home is maintained in a safe and efficient order. Where a third party has been authorised to carry out maintenance or repair work on the site, to arrange and oversee the work done by that of a third party to ensure it is to an acceptable standard of the home. On call responsibilities are also required.
About you
You must have previous experience in repairs and maintenance to a high standard, working knowledge of health and safety issues. This is a fast-paced environment, so you need to be organised but flexible, good communicator and hold a valid driving licence. There are on call requirements for this post.
