About the role
We are looking for a detail-focused and organised Technical Coordinator to join our Coordination and Planning team in Media City,
Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their first career step into broadcast and be at the heart of live
sports streaming. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all administrative and technical requirements are in place for each of
our clients’ OTT events, working closely with our Operational Delivery team to guarantee seamless execution.
You’ll play a key role in preparing workflows, booking feeds with third parties, and supporting the delivery of some of the
biggest live sporting events worldwide. This role offers the chance to develop technical and project coordination skills in a
fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and coordination of live OTT events.
* Identify and prepare technical requirements for broadcasts.
* Accurately maintain documentation and service delivery plans.
* Book feeds with external partners and ensure platform organisation.
* Compile and review broadcast workflows when required.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Operational Delivery team.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a busy sports or broadcast environment.
* Understands OTT platforms and how to deliver high-quality streaming experiences.
* Is confident using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jira).
* Has some familiarity with AWS Media Services.
* Thrives in a dynamic, time-pressured environment and communicates clearly.
This role would suit someone who is keen to develop their career in sports broadcasting and online media, and enjoys working in a
collaborative, solutions-focused team.
