We’re recruiting a Creative Lead to join our amazing team where you’ll head the visual direction of our brand and campaign content!

You’ll create standout design solutions that enhance audience engagement, reinforce our brand values, and drive business growth. You will oversee the production of high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels — from websites, email, social and motion design to brochures, infographics and employer packs.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, partner organisations and external suppliers to deliver visual storytelling that inspires action. This role is ideal for a skilled designer with strategic flair, creative leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to delivering impactful design in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £35,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Flexible with some travel across the UK and Ireland
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual execution of marketing and communications materials across digital and offline formats in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and evolve visual identities for internal campaigns, sub-brands and service lines.
• Translate complex messages, campaign strategies, and data into compelling visual formats.
• Design high-quality, visually engaging assets for web, social media, video, presentations, infographics, reports, and events.
• Repurpose and reformat design assets across channels to extend content lifecycle and maximise creative investment.
• Produce and design content in a wide range of formats including images, graphics, photography, animations, blogs, printed collateral and video overlays.
• Design animations and simple motion graphics for social, web and campaign storytelling.
• Provide visual branding and overlays for multimedia content including podcasts and vlogs.
• Act as brand guardian across all visual content, supporting stakeholders with design advice and ensuring consistent use of logos, fonts, imagery and colour palettes.
• Manage a bank of templates and creative assets for internal use.
• Work closely with marketing managers, content creators, copywriters, and digital leads to plan and deliver creative projects on time and to brief.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a graphic design or visual communications role, ideally with some experience in brand or creative leadership.
• Demonstrable portfolio of multi-channel creative work (print, digital, social, campaign).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects); working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Figma or equivalent desirable.
• Experience applying brand guidelines and accessibility standards in visual design.
• Familiarity with working in a regulated, public sector or multi-stakeholder environment (desirable).
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (desirable).
