Machine Operators – Day & Night Shifts – Bungay

£13.59/hour PAYE (Days) | £16.92/hour PAYE (Nights)
Minimum 6-Month Contract | Opportunity for Permanent Role | No Experience Needed

Our long-established client based in Bungay, Suffolk is currently seeking additional Machine Operators due to a significant increase in workload. This is an excellent opportunity to gain employment with a stable and growing organisation, with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role.

Job Details:
Contract: Minimum 6 months
Shifts: Choice of Day or Night shift patterns

Pay Rates:
Day Shift – £13.59 per hour
Night Shift – £16.92 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay
Additional: Holiday pay + pension contributions

Shift Patterns:
Day Shift (6am – 6pm):
Week 1: Wednesday / Thursday / Friday
Week 2: Monday / Tuesday / Saturday / Sunday

Night Shift (6pm – 6am):
Shift 1: Sunday / Monday / Tuesday + alternative Saturdays
Shift 2: Wednesday / Thursday / Friday + alternative Saturdays

What’s Involved:
Full training will be provided – no experience necessary. You will learn to operate modern machinery and software in a clean and well-organised manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machines safely and efficiently
Manual handling tasks
Using software systems (training provided)
Following work instructions with attention to detail
Monitoring and checking product quality
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
Emptying paper bins as required
Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
Responding to reasonable requests from Shift Managers

What We're Looking For:
No formal qualifications required
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not essential
Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
Team player who can also work independently
Focus on quality and attention to detail
