Crynodeb
The successful candidate will work as a specialist nurse within an established multi-professional team caring for children and young people in the pre assessment service. You will be hospital based supporting patients and families for their upcoming surgery. You will be involved in nurse-led telephone clinics and face to face pre assessment clinics.
