Crynodeb
To fully support the Senior Leadership Teams at NNUH whilst working closely with NSFT senior leads with the strategic and operational planning and delivery of all Mental Health Services at NNUH as part of the Complex Health Hub and Paediatric Division. To work in partnership with senior operational staff, service users and carers to support engagement and leadership of performance, quality, safety and service development. The post holder will focus on operational planning and review to introduce ways of continuously improving the quality of the pathways to meet service demands and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence will flourish. To develop a culture of continuous improvement in performance, quality and safety within the NNUH. To ensure evidence-based practice and user-centred recovery principles are used to assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate all interventions provided by the teams to promote recovery and independence. To ensure the Mental Health Support Team works in line with NNUH clinical, risk management and safeguarding policies.
