21.75 hrs per week

Training
Your role will include managing a team of staff to deliver a wide range of daily activities for learning disable adults with both physical and emotional needs.
As a manager you will play a vital role in developing the team implementing the company’s ethos and business plan to provide a quality service led by its customers
You are required to have a clear understanding of health and safety within the role
understand and be familiar with planning and risk assessment process.
Be able to work with a diverse customer base and other professionals.
To have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in social care.
Clean drivers licence (if applicable)
