Anopportunity has arisen to join the existing Cardiac Rehabilitation service, in delivering comprehensive aftercare for patients following their cardiac event.

The job is for 27.5 hours

This will entail working across Poole and Bournemouth Hospitals.




Applicants should be experiencedin cardiac nursing as will be taking Cardiac Rehab classes and Rehab assessment clinics. They will be advising patients on life style, risk factors and activity following their cardiac event. They should be flexible to cover other staff holiday and sickness.

Own transport is essential as the successful candidate may need to drive to outreach locations if covering other sessions in the community.

Please note if the role or service is relocated as part of a planned move, employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement. Travel from the postholder's home to the new work base will be considered a normal commute.
