Join one of the UK's biggest fresh food manufacturers and play a key role in delivering high-quality fish products to customers across the country. We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our RTC (Ready to Cook) department at our busy site.
Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Grimsby.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established company that prides itself on quality, consistency, and teamwork.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.
This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
It is essential that you are able to work this rota consistently. Reliability is key to keeping production running smoothly, and each team member plays an important part in delivering results.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative your duties include:
- Preparing and processing fish for our Ready to Cook product range
- Weighing, seasoning, and packing products on the production line
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at all times
- Working as part of a close-knit team to achieve production targets
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You will show good teamwork and communication skills.
Applicants will have the ability to work long shifts in a chilled food production environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage but not required - full training will be provided.
