We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our expanding teams at Prestige Nursing Blackpool and Prestige Nursing East Lancashire, a family-run provider of high-quality home-based complex care.

We are seeking a compassionate, confident and clinically skilled Complex Care Nurse to lead and coordinate care for a designated caseload of adult and paediatric clients across Lancashire. This is a dynamic role offering a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, supported by a collaborative office and clinical network.

We pride ourselves on our reputation for clinical excellence, person-centred care and genuine compassion. If you're a nurse looking to step into a leadership role with autonomy, peer support and a true sense of purpose - this is the role for you.

This is more than a clinical job - it's a leadership opportunity within a supportive, values-driven organisation. You'll play a vital role in improving lives, shaping services, and mentoring staff, while enjoying flexibility and autonomy in your practice. If you're ready to build your career in a setting where your voice is heard, your development is prioritised, and your contributions are genuinely valued - we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

As a Complex Care Nurse, you will be part of a regional team of registered nurses, supporting branches across Lancashire.

Working in partnership with the Senior Management Team and branch-based care coordinators, you will lead the provision of nurse-led complex care in the home setting. You'll support carers, clients and families to identify care needs and ensure our teams have the skills required to deliver safe and effective care.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Leading clinical assessments, care planning and service user reviews
  • Mobilising and overseeing new care packages
  • Training, supervising and assessing competencies of non-registered staff
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with MDT professionals and attending case reviews
  • Promoting a responsive, person-centred approach that prioritises dignity and independence
  • You will provide oversight for clients with a range of complex needs, including:
  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) & Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
  • Neurological conditions
  • Learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment
  • Tracheostomy and ventilation management
  • Long-term physical and mental health conditions

We value joined-up care - you will work closely with case managers, commissioners and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, consistent, and holistic care.

Why Join Us?

At Prestige Nursing & Care, we understand that great care starts with a supported team. We offer:

  • A rewarding, impactful role with clinical autonomy
  • Peer support from a team of experienced nurses regionally and nationally
  • 24/7 operational and clinical support
  • Comprehensive induction tailored to your background
  • Ongoing professional development and CPD
  • Support with NMC revalidation
  • In-house and external training opportunities
  • A warm, family-run culture with strong values
  • Additional benefits include:
  • Salary from £41,900 to £50,700 p/a
  • Performance-related bonus scheme
  • 29 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)
  • NEST pension scheme
  • Company car offering after qualifying period

What we're looking for:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Child or Dual)
  • Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience in clinical, hospital or community settings
  • Experience coordinating complex care and training staff
  • Strong understanding of clinical risk, safeguarding and governance
  • Excellent communication skills with families and professionals
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
