We’re seeking a results-focused and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and performance. You’ll be hands-on with email, social media, website content, and analytics, while also managing key agency relationships for paid search and SEO/organic growth.

Signature Senior Lifestyle is a multi-award winning developer and operator of premium care homes in London and the South East. Our homes provide five star residential, nursing and personal care to our residents. This is a company who understands the importance of a tailored approach and knows what exceptional looks like.

Signature was acquired by new owners in 2024 and has an exciting growth strategy. Our portfolio of 10 operating care homes includes four homes which have opened since 2022. In addition, we have started construction and plan to open three new homes in 2026. We expect to grow revenue from £90m in 2025 to £150m when all current and under construction homes are mature.

This is a pivotal role in delivering measurable ROI, supporting the migration of our email platform from Constant Contact to Mailchimp, supporting the Head of Marketing with launching our new website, and ensuring our brand is optimised across every digital touchpoint.

Duties will include:


Email Marketing & CRM

  • Lead the migration from Constant Contact to MailChimp, including data migration, template creation, automation workflows, and list segmentation.
  • Build and execute acquisition, retention, and engagement email campaigns.
  • Run A/B testing for subject lines, creative, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions), ensuring GDPR compliance.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise organic and paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for our care homes
  • Ensure content is on-brand, visually engaging, and optimised for each platform.
  • Track engagement and reach, using analytics to inform future campaigns.

Website & SEO

  • Support the launch of the new company website, creating and optimising content and building pages in WordPress.
  • Work with the SEO agency to implement technical and on-page SEO improvements, monitor rankings, and ensure best practice.
  • Maintain the website post-launch, keeping content accurate, relevant, and optimised.

Content Creation & AI Tools

  • Create high-quality digital assets for web, email, and social media.
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI) to streamline production and testing.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and style across all content.

Analytics & Reporting


  • Use Google Analytics, MailChimp reporting, and social insights to track performance.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to the Head of Marketing with recommendations for improvement.

Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as day-to-day contact for paid search and SEO agencies, ensuring work is aligned to strategy and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaigns, launches, and lead generation activity.



  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, content creation, website management and SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with MailChimp and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of social media.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience managing agency relationships.
  • Understanding of CRO and UX principles.
  • Experience with marketing automation and AI tools.
  • Creative and proactive, with a passion for digital innovation.
