Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher for a long-term supply role within one of our SEND schools in Newham.
About the Role - SEND Primary Teacher in Newham
This is an excellent opportunity to work consistently within the same school, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. You will become a valued part of the school community, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching and sustained pupil progress. In this long-term supply role, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to your class.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and carers.
- Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and events.
Requirements
To apply for this SEND Primary Teacher role in Newham, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas qualification.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping children succeed.
- Excellent behaviour management and classroom control.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) is ideal - however, we also welcome Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company or PAYE options.
