Full Time - Monday to Friday - £102 per day
We are looking for a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join the dedicated SEN provision of a welcoming school in Trafford. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering £102 per day.
This role is based entirely within the school's specialist SEN provision, where you will be working closely with pupils who have a wide range of additional needs. The provision offers a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment designed to help children thrive both academically and personally. Your work will involve delivering targeted support, adapting learning resources, and providing one-to-one or small group interventions to meet the unique needs of each pupil.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting children with special educational needs, as well as the patience, empathy, and resilience required to build strong relationships and help pupils overcome barriers to learning. An understanding of strategies to support children with communication, sensory, social, emotional, and behavioural needs will be a great advantage.
