Job Title: Digital Business Partner
Location: Hybrid (Runcorn and Birmingham Offices)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (based on experience)
Working Pattern: Full-time, Permanent

As we continue to expand our digital footprint, the Digital team is at the heart of transforming how we engage with customers, deliver value, and drive operational excellence. The Digital Business Partner plays a key role in identifying opportunities for digital transformation and ensuring digital initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align digital strategy with business objectives.
Identify and support digital opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
Serve as the key interface between digital and business teams to drive transformation initiatives.
Oversee website strategies across business units and ensure alignment with digital goals.
Support the planning, launch, and management of digital solutions such as Shopify, Intercom, and Just Eat.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive eCommerce and OTC digital propositions.
Strong understanding of digital technologies (Magento, Drupal, Intercom, Shopify).
Strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems and prioritise effectively.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Well-organised, adaptable, and proactive with a willingness to embrace change.
Familiarity with online data protection and digital compliance requirements.
Experience in digital transformation or the pharma industry is desirable.
